GP Contract 2017/8 in the Population Reporting module of EMIS has now been updated by EMIS which means PatientChase is now able to ‘EMIS Sync’ for the new financial year. This is where PatientChase pulls it’s data from when you click the ‘EMIS Sync’ button in PatientChase.
The vast majority of our practices are experiencing no problems, but in some instances the ‘EMIS Sync’ is not returning any data from EMIS.
This will be because GP Contract in EMIS has not yet run all reports for the ‘look ahead’ period relevant to your practice.
EMIS is aware of this and working on a resolution.
If the ‘EMIS Sync’ button does not work in your practice, please contact EMIS Support (0330 024 1270) and log the issue with them.
