At a click of a button, export your search criteria into a mail-merged letter in Word. Each appointment letter shows the patient's address and EMIS number and highlights their unmet targets and conditions – or if you’ve run a register export, reasons why the patient is being invited in. In addition to this, the letters are customisable.
PatientChase complements all existing methods used for QOF recall, including the use of annual review dates to recall patients. Use one or a combination of PatientChase’s search functions – For example, send out standard mailings based on register searches by month of birth then run mailings based only on ‘not in target’ patients for ‘mop up’ searches.
Using our inclusive tutorial, you can also merge into a single spreadsheet any LV Read code search/export with a ‘not in target’ PatientChase search. This enables you to identify patients with any mix of unmet targets combined with any other search criteria you may wish to amalgamate each patient with.
